An integration with an e-commerce platform can help monitor web browsing. To investigate the origin of a mobile installation, it is also necessary to evaluate the passage through the application store and the native instrumentation.
Two integration questions
The first question is what events and signals the online store can make available, with what permissions and limitations. The second is how the application receives or retrieves evidence pertinent to the installation. The first answer does not prove the second.
Bridgee readiness research includes Shopify, Nuvemshop, VTEX, and Wake as platforms to evaluate. This presence in planning does not equate to an approved Bridgee connector, a partnership or availability on the marketplace.
A staged test
Start with a development store and a test app. Write down which signals should arrive, at what time and for what purpose. Check for duplicates, errors, integration installation and removal, in addition to the conditions applicable to collection.
Then evaluate the mobile journey separately. An exit web event to the app store should not automatically be counted as an install. The result must retain the meaning of each step.
What to ask before choosing an integration
Ask for the component version, tested scenario, application access requirements, and diagnostic procedure. Confirm the current platform distribution process for your case, without assuming public approval from a local test.
The partner guide and implementation guide help prepare these questions. Specific availability must be confirmed during onboarding.
